Why to take care of yourself ?

Its very important in todays world to take care of yourself because the world is selfish. Its important to have financial freedom, health freedom so you can get the decision freedom and life freedom.

If you are earning for yourself then if you wish to buy something you can buy and take decision for yourself, you didn’t have to ask anyone. Otherwise if you are dependent on someone and you wish to buy something you need to ask that person whether you can buy that thing or not. The more dependent you are on someone the more advantage they take of you. It’s a sad truth but human nature is like that. Human being are selfish beings. The mother also first save her life then the drowning child life. So what can you expect from the rest of the world. Better work for yourself and have financial independence.

One needs to take care of the health as well. Because it is said that, “Young people spend their health to gain wealth and old people spend their wealth to gain the health.” So we should not do this in our life.

Sometimes you take extra care of your loved ones. They start to take you for granted. You have spent your time, energy and money to take care of your loved one in some or other way. But do remember time can come when you need the love they will not have time for you. At that time you need to be able to love yourself and take care of yourself. That time the regret of not paying attention to your needs will be of no use to you. I am not saying not to give your time, energy and money to others; of course the pleasure of giving has no other equal thing. It’s just not to give at cost of you. If you can take care of yourself then only you will be alive to take care of others.

You need to develop a habit to accept your loneliness.  Everyone faces the loneliness and you should not be scared or depressed when you come across. If you will be financially independent and in sound health you will not be worried about being lonely. The number one fear of world is the fear of loneliness.

If you are independent financially and people know that you can take care of yourself more love and respect you get from other people as well. It’s the people way, the things which you have they give you more and the things which you don’t have they don’t want to give that. So take care of yourself so others will take care of you. And you can do bigger things for others because you are more powerful and in strong position to help others.
