PERSONALITY- What is it ?
The Word Personality Has Been Generated From The Greek Word ”PERSONA”. And The Word Persona Refers “MASK”
PERSONALITY = PERSONA = MASK
So we can say if we want to know about Personality then we have to study about “Mask” (In Hindi, Mask refers “MUKHAUTA”) that the people wear.
These are the “Persona” that people project and display with inner part of psychological Experience.
Thus a brief definition would be that “Personality is made up the characteristic patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that make the person Unique.
In addition to this, Personality from within the individual and remain fairly consistent through the life.
There are also some Fundamental Characteristics related to PERSONALITY. These are:
· Consistency: Act in same way in various situation
· Psychological and Psychological: like parental influence, upbringing, life experience and friends
· Impact behaviors and actions: some person want to be “ A Tiger personality” Like Mr. Amitabh Bachhan . And some want to be a “Goat Personality” like Mr. Shah-Rukh Khan. And some one want to be a”CA” as a “passion with personality”.
· Multiple expressions: It can also be seen in our thoughts, feelings, close relationships, and other social interaction.
