After the introduction of Aadhaar Card made mandatory for every Indian Citizen by the Central Government, as issued by UIDAI, Applicants provide Aadhaar Card as Address Proof to the Professionals for attachment in DIN 1 Form. As per DIN Help Form, there is no where mention about use of Aadhaar Card as Address Proof. But due to non-availability of any other Address Proof, it becomes difficult for the Professionals to apply for the DIN.
