Need a partner to start a Firm

Dear Members,
Vikas here a FCA having an Industry work experience of around 23 years having worked in various sectors in the category of a CFO and Financial Controller. I was working as a consultant in a job assignment in an oil field industry. This consultancy job for aperiod of one year induces me to start my own firm with a partner on partner ship basis.
I currently have a part time COP which i have never utilised. I could go ahead and dissolve this one and convert into a partner ship firm with the help of a partner.
I am looking out for partner in and around mumbai or any firm outside mumbai who wishes to start an office in mumbai.
