I am sole properitor and is having Delhi based CS firm i.e. S.S. gUPTA & Co. and seeking Secretarial audits, ROC Filing and annual filing, XBRL and other related works in the market, specifically from CA firms or either from corporates. I am having rich experience of 35 years of handling Company Law matter issues and other secretarial compliances as i have worked with listed corporated groups on senior Post.
