Greetings!
I am sole proprietor and having my office at Gurugram (Gurgaon). I am seeking assignments such as Secretarial Audits, ROC Filing including annual filing and XBRL filing and any other related works, especially from CA firms or either from corporate. I have experience of more than two years of handling all corporate law matters and secretarial compliances as I have worked with Listed Company. I have handled all assignments in the listed company independently.
Please contact me if you have any such work. The work may be given on assignment basis, profit sharing basis, retainer ship basis, contract basis or any other basis as per your requirement.
