The Ministry of Corporate affairs has started the process of decentralization of the functions of the Registrar LLP by authorizing respective ROCs to discharge the functions of Registrar of LLP also and issued the Limited Liability Partnership(Amendment) Rules, 2012 vide its notification dated 05-06-2012. As desired by MCA, The ICSI is organizing MCA – ICSI Webcast on Limited Liability Partnership at Shastri Bhawan, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi on Tuesday, 12th June 12, 2012 at 04:00 PM.
