Provisions Related to Cost & Management Accountant in New Companies Bill
Meaning of Cost Accountant:- Same as defined in clause (b) of subsection (1) of section 2 of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959.
Meaning of Expert:- “expert” includes an engineer, a valuer, a chartered accountant, a company secretary, a cost accountant and any other person who has the power or authority to issue a certificate in pursuance of any law for the time being in force.
1. Incorporation of company
2. Internal audit
3. Merger and amalgamation of companies
4. Appointment of administrator
5. Company Liquidators and their appointments
6. Power to order examination of promoters, directors, etc
7. Right to legal representation
