Chartered Accountant with Legal Background are required for attending to our Income Tax Post-Search follow-up action and litigation work before CIT (Appeals), ITAT and High Court. He would have good knowledge of Income Tax Act, Rules, Regulations and Guidelines issued from time to time. Knowledge of Foreign Exchange Management Act would prefer. The Chartered accountant would be required to Advice on the legal framework, appear before Judicial Authorities of Income Tax and in High Court.
