I am a practising Chartered Accountant with 40 years of experience in Audit, Company Law, Finance, Income Tax etc. Presently the Vice President of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association, New Delhi. I was the Convener of the Tax Study Group of Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I have specialised in Taxation, Company Law, Valuation Matters & Conciliation matters. Doing Audits of Public & Private Limited Companies, Trusts, Charitable Institutions, PSU’s, Banks. I am practicing before the ITAT & the Company Law Board. The Hon’ble Company Law Board has used my services on various occasions in complicated matters before them to assist in resolving issues of valuation & other matters. I have been a Panel speaker in many Seminars/Study Groups on matters of professional importance. I have appeared on Doordarshan & other T.V. channels on programmes on Taxation & Corporate matter.
