I am Chartered Accountant, aged around 49 years, possessing post qualification experience of nearly 25 years with corporate and in financial consulting. Presently, I am working as director with Kakar Assets Advisors P. Ltd. and practicing individually. I specialize in structured finance, inventory and receivables financing, debt settlements, financial guarantees and financial restructuring. During my professional career I have worked on various assignments in the field of finance. The main area of work has been raising debt/restructuring debts. I have so far raised debt for my employers/clients in the vicinity of Rs. 1500 Crores and have arrangement restructuring/ one time settlements of debts to the extent of nearly Rs. 7500 Crores. Acting as Faculty Having experience of more than 25 years in the field of Finance, I thought of sharing my knowledge with the society.
