DISA Members allowed to conduct Annual Systems Audit of BSE Stock Brokers

BSE, vide its Notice No 20130405-5 dated 05 Apr 2013, has clarified that DISA Qualified members are also eligible to conduct Annual Systems Audit of trading members who have availed of the IML/ Internet facility from the Exchange.

Subject – Clarification for Annual System Audit Requirements & Submission of SystemAudit Report & SSL Certificate.
This is with reference to BSE notice no. 20130319-19 dated March 19, 2013 regarding submission of annual System Audit Report and related documents for the year ended March 31, 2013 by tradingmembers who have availed of the IML/Internet facility from the Exchange.
It is clarified that annual Systems audit may be conducted and certified by ISA/DISA/ CISSP certified auditor in addition to CISA certified auditor.
