Filling up of 10 posts of Technical Member in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has invited applications for 10 posts of Technical Member in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to be constituted under Section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013.
A member of the Institute who is, or has been in practice as a chartered accountant for at least fifteen years, amongst others is eligible for appointment as a Technical Member provided he/she has completed the age of 50 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
