ICAI takes back its decision on Mechanism to Monitor Tendering

The Council at its 345th meeting held from 14th to 16th August, 2015 considered the concerns raised by members on the decision of the Council with regard to mechanism to monitor tendering hosted on the website of the Institute on 22nd July, 2015.
After due consideration of the same, the Council at its aforementioned meeting has referred this matter to the group already constituted under the convenorship of CA. Tarun Jamnadas Ghia, Member, Central Council for the examination of the concerns so raised and the date of applicability of the said announcement.
The revised announcement along with its applicability date will be announced separately.
