NIRC are organising Convocation only for the Members enrolled during the month of March, 2012 to August, 2012

The Northern Regional Office of ICAI is arranging Convocation – 2013 on 17^th May, 2013 for the Members enrolled during the month of March, 2012 to August, 2012.  Scripts of Certificate of Membership and Certificate of Practice will be distributed in the presence of the President and Vice-President, Members of the Council and other Dignitaries.

Formal Invitation to concerned Members is being sent separately.

Distribution of Certificates: 9 AM to 2 PM

We just want to ask what about the Members enrolled before March 2012 & waiting for there CONVOCATION. Why you are not inviting those Members.
