In the matter of Mis M H Dalal & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No 112449W) and CA Devang Dalal (ICAI Membership No 109049) under Section 132(4) .of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 11(6) of National Financial Reporting Authority Rules 2018.

CA Devang Dalal is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants oflndia ('ICAI' hereafter) and was the Engagement Partner ('EP' hereafter) for the Statutory Audit of MAN Industries (India) Limited, Mumbai ('MIIL' or 'the Company' hereafter) for the Financial Year ('FY' hereafter) 2020-21.
