CA aspirant to get marks break-up

The high court has vacated its earlier stay on disclosure of marks and answer sheets by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and asked ICAI to give break up of marks secured by a candidate who had sought the same under the Right to Information Act.
HC granted the relief after it was brought to his attention that the Supreme Court has upheld the right of students aggrieved with their examination scores to inspect their answer sheets under the RTI Act.
