I don't aggree with the statement.indian ca,s are well equipped with the advisory function.We can see papers like strategic financial management asking for expertise in portfolio management,capital budgeting,working capital management,mutual funds evaluation,etc.It will be injustice to expect a CA TO HAVE EXPERTISE IN TAXATION ONLY WHERE AS HE HAS VAST KNOELEDGE IN VARIOUS SPHERES OF FINANCE-INDI
