Counting Starts with Western India Regional Constituency and Western India Regional Council.

First update of Counting:

Total Postal Ballots received : 338 votes.

15% of total eligible postal ballot voters!

Ballot boxes about to be opened!!! One by one all the 144 odd boxes will be opened and votes tallied ( if they match with polling officer's count ) ... once that happens all ballot papers will be mixed up and then the process of distribution of 1st preferences will begin!
