ICSI – Verification of Photograph & Signature of Members

Members of ICSI are requested to send the scanned images of the latest coloredphotograph for uploading/replacing on the website of the Institute for facilitating the online verification of Member’s Identity and also of the specimen signature.  We would request you to kindly arrange to send the same at email-ID memberaddress@icsi.edu as per details given below:-

(i)      Scanned image of yourphotograph in .jpg format indicating below your name, membership numberand Date of Birth. The naming convention for ACS should be ACS+singlespace+six digits+P.jpg for example if the Associate membership number of the member is 2502 then the number should be written as ACS 002502P.jpg and for FCS the only difference is that instead of ACS, FCS must be written.

(ii)      The size of the photograph should be of maximum 150 kb.

(iii)     Scanned image of your Signature indicating below your name, ACS / FCS membership No. in .jpg format. The naming convention for ACS should be ACS+singlespace+six digits+S.jpg for example if the Associate membership number of the member is 2502 then the number should be written as ACS 002502S.jpg and for FCS the only difference is that instead of ACS, FCS must be written.
