This Message is going viral in Whatsapp Group and still no confirmation from CBDT or Finance Ministry. Plz find enclosed the Notification but wheather its correct or not. Will confirm and update.
It may be fake because in Notification, Finance Ministry Address is West Block and in Real Finance Ministry address is North Block. So Plz check the authenticity....
