PUNJAB & HARYANA HIGH COURT

High Court has accepted the Writ Petition for seeking extension of Tax Audit Date and had issued notice to CBDT. Next Hearng will be on 21st September, 2015.

GUJARAT HIGH COURT

Writ Petition has been Filed. Date of Hearing Fixed for Monday i.e. 21st September 2015.

DELHI HIGH COURT

High Court not accepted the Writ & asked to file PIL

BOMBAY HIGH COURT & RAJASTHAN HIGH COURT.
