Everytime On Due Date MCA site crashed, GST site crashed, Income tax site crashed. Do they think that we professionals are magicians. We are unable to cope up with all these last dates with the poor efiling structure.
Form 3CD amended midway (20/08/2018) of the Financial Year, Frequent Changes in Schema / Utilities. Because of all these changes its really difficult to comelete it within the statutory due dates
The Govt shuld have planned about this earlier. Due to this in different attitude we can't devote quality time to any single work. Is the Govt trying to commit another big loot by not extending the date (like in the case of DIR3 KYC) and thereafter levying heavy penalties on assesses because even they are aware that the work cannot be completed.
Once Again We request every Professional to please show their unity to the Govt and Tweet / Retweet because Justice delay = Justice denied
