G.S.R.......(E).-In exercise of thc powers conferred bv section 396, 398,399,403 and 404 read with sub-section (l) and (2)of section 469 of the Companies Act 2013, the Central Government hereby makes the rules further to amend the Companies (Registered Offices and Fess) Rules 2014, namely :-
