Exemptions to Government Companies under section 462 of the CA 2013

G.S.R. _ (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of subsection (1) and in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 462 of the companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the central Government, in the public interest, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number G.S.R.463(E), dated the 5th June,2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, part-ll, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 5h June 2015, namely:-
