MCA amends NCLT Rules to insert Rule 87A for appeal to Tribunal u/s 252

G.S.R. _ (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) and sub-section (2) of section 469 of t!:'.e Companies Act, 20 13 ( 18 of 2O 13), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, namely:-
