Amendment in Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 - MCA

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 467 ofthe Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes thefollowing further amendments to Schedule Vll of the said Act, namely:-
(i) In item (i), after the words "and sanitation", the words "includingcontribution to the Swach Bharat Kosh set-up by the Central Government forthe promotion of sanitation" shall be inserted;
(ii) In item (iv), after the words "and water", the words "including contributionio the Clean Ganga Fund set-up by the Central Government for rejuvenation ofriver Ganga;" shall be inserted.
2.This notification shall come into force on the date of its pub|ication in the officia Gazette.
