Ministry of Company Affairs has made the payment of Stamp Duty OPTIONAL on Increase of Authorised Capital vide notification dated 23/09/2011 w.e.f 25/09/2011, Hence, payment of stamp duty for increase of authorised capital being paid with filing of eForm No.5 with respect to State of National Capital Territory of Delhi is made optional."
