Notification No. 112/2012-Customs (N.T)

G.S.R. 918(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Transitional Product Specific Safeguard Duty Rule, 2002 and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 03/2010-Customs (N.T.) issued vide G.S.R. No. 22(E), dated the 11^th January 2010, the Central Government hereby appoints Sh. Bimal Behari Prasad as the Director General (Specific Safeguard) for the purpose of the said Rules.
