Seeks to amend notification No. 75/2005-Customs, dated the 22nd July, 2005 so as to make editorial changes in column (2) of S. No. 118, to align it with HS 2012

 G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of theCustoms Act,1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 75/2005-Customs, dated the 22nd July, 2005, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) videG.S.R.500 (E), dated the 22nd July, 2005, namely:-

 In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 118, for the entry in column (2), the entry “2920 90 99” shall be substituted.
