Notification No. 18 /2013 - Customs

 New Delhi, the 26^th March, 2013

 G.S.R   (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2012-Customs, dated the 17^th March, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 185(E), dated the 17^th March, 2012, namely :- In the said notification, after the Table, in the proviso, in clause (a) for the figures, letters and words “1^st day of April, 2013”, the figures, letters and words “1^st day of April, 2014” shall be substituted.
