In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 63/94 -Customs (NT), dated the 21 st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number S.O. 830 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, serial number 8 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
