G.S.R ( E ) . – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number 14/2002-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 8thMarch, 2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), vide number G.S.R. 182(E), dated the 8th March, 2002, namely:-In the said notification, in Table III, for serial number 42 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
