Subject : Circulation of the published Notifications of an Agreement between the Government of Republic of India and the Government of Gibraltar for exchange of information with respect to taxes in the Gazette of India (Extra ordinary)-reg.

The Notification of Agreement between the Government of the Republic of India and Government of Gibraltar was published on 4^th April, 2013 through S.O. 924(E) Notification No. 28/2013/F. No. 503/11/2009 - FTD-I. A copy of the same is enclosed for information.

2. All the provision of the said Agreement between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of Gibraltar for exchange of information with respect to taxes shall be given effect to in the Union of India with effect from the 11^th March, 20L3.
