Subject: Extension of Quarterly TDS/TCS statement filing dates

Attention of all TIN Faciliation Centre (TIN -FCs) is hereby invited to the notification issued by Government of India (The Gaztte of India) in view of COVID-19 outbreak copy of the notification is attached as Annexure.

Vide aforementioned notification, all the due dates, prescibed or notified under the Income Tax Act which fall during the period from March 20, 2020 to June 29, 2020 have been extended to June 30, 2020. In view of the same, the timelines to submit the quarterly TDS/TCS statement has been extended. The revised timelines to finish the TDS/TCS statement for quarter four for financial year 2019-20 is till June 30, 2020. All the TIN FCs are requested to take note of the same and plan the resources accordingly.
