Dear Sir/Madam,

Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana (DAY)-National Urban Livelihoods Mission

Please refer to Master circular FIDD.GSSD.CO.BC.No.10/09.16.03/2015-16 dated July 30, 2015 on National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM) Scheme.

2. With a view to improving the livelihood opportunities for the poor in urban areas, Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation (UPA Division), Government of India vide their Office Memorandum No.K-14011/2/2012-UPA/FTS-5196 dated February 19, 2016 has decided to enhance the scope of National Urban Livelihoods Mission. The Mission with enhanced scope will be renamed as “Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana (DAY)-National Urban Livelihoods Mission”. Accordingly the amendments in the NULM Mission documents are annexed for information of the banks.
