Please refer to our circulars RPCD.CO.RRB.BC.No.36/03.05.33/2010-11 dated December 8, 2010 and RPCD.CO.RCB.BC.No.33/07.40.06/2010-11 dated December 7, 2010 regarding grant of ‘Certificate of Registration’ to High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited.

2. The name of High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited has since been changed to CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited, as per the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Accordingly, the Reserve Bank of India has issued a ‘Certificate of Registration’ to CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited on August 22, 2014 to carry on the business of credit information.
