Please refer to Master Circular No.MPD No.345 /07.01.279/2011-12 dated July 1, 2011 on the above mentioned subject. This revised Master Circular on Export Credit Refinance Facility consolidates and updates all instructions/guidelines issued on the subject up to June 30, 2012. Instructions/Guidelines issued on the subject are placed separately in the Appendix. The Master circular has been placed on the Reserve Bank’s website (http://www.rbi.org.in).
