Dear Sir,

Inclusion of the name of “Bandhan Bank Limited” in the
Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934

We advise that the name of “Bandhan Bank Limited” has been included in the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 vide Notification DBR.PSBD. No.3427/16.01.0145/2015-16 dated September 03, 2015 published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4) dated September 24, 2015.
