RBI has issued instructions vide notification RBI/2016-17/250 That all agency shall keep counter of their designated branch conducting govt. business open upto To 8 pm on 30th March and upto 6 pm on 31 march 2017. All electronics transaction would, however, continue till midnight of March 31, 2017.
Thus assessee can make e-payment till the midnight of 31st March, 2017.
