Attention-All Registered VAT Dealers – Last date for Mismatch extended
The Department intends to frame theassessment of all registered dealers for the third and fourth Quarter 2012-13 tax-periods on the basis of mismatch in the online data as on 31/10/2013 filed by thedealers in Annexure 2A and 2B of their return.
All dealers are hereby requested to check the status of matching of purchase data filed by them with the data filed by their corresponding selling dealers in “Mismatch Report” available online on the Department’s website and make the necessary revision, if required, latest by 6.00 pm on 31/10/2013 to avoid payment of additional tax, interest and penalty as per the section 9(2) (g) of the DVAT Act, 2004.
