Due date for e-filing of returns further extended to Nov 30, 2015 for e-commerce dealers of Delhi

In partial modification of Notification No.F.3(515)/Policy/VAT/2015/870-81 dated 12/10/2015, I, S.S.Yadav, Commissioner, Value Added Tax in exercise of the powers conferred under section 27 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act,2004, do hereby extend the last date for fl~lngof online returns for the L" and 2 nd quarters of the year 2015-16, in Forms EC-II and ECiii to 30/11/2015.
