Effective date for furnishing of advance information in respect of functions organised in Banquet Halls, Farm Houses, Marriage/Party Halls, Hotels and Open Ground etc.

In partial modification to Notification No.F.3(393)/Policy/VAT/2013/1085-1096 dated 19-12-2013 regarding furnishing of advance information in respect of functions organised in Banquet Halls, Farm Houses, Marriage/Party Halls, Hotels and Open Ground etc., I Prashant Goyal, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 27 of Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, hereby appoint the effective date for the said notification as 2nd fortnight of January, 2014 instead of 1st fortnight as notified earlier, to come into effect.
