In partial modification to this department's Circular NO.8 of 2013-14 on the subjectcited above, and in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 49A of DVAT Rules, 2005,the last date of filing of return, for the quarter ending 30106/2013, is extended to the datesas per schedule given below:
