Punjab Small Traders Rahat Scheme, 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8-A of the Punjab Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Punjab Act No. 8 of 2005), and all powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify the following scheme to be called the Punjab Small Traders Rahat Scheme, 2014 with a view to levy lump sum tax with immediate effect on the traders mentioned in the said scheme and subject to the conditioned as specified therein.
