REDUCING SIZE OF VARIOUS E-FORMS OF MCA

Most of the people working on MCA portal either for registration or annual filling are facing similar problem. "Size of E-forms increses the limit as prescribed by MCA after attaching DSC". Solutions for same has been given mca website which i am providing below for reducing the size of E-Forms.

Please follow the below instructions to avoid increase in file size while affixing DSCs :

1. Open the Adobe Reader
2. Go to Edit-> Preferences -> Signature.
3. In the Creation and Selection tab, click on more.
4. De-select 'Include signature's revocation status when signing in Creation and Selection tab.
5. Now download a fresh form and proceed with signing the document as before. Please make sure that the signatures are valid before uploading. You can do that by Right clicking on each DSC and selecting the option 'Validate Signature', if the message says 'VALID' then you'll face no issues.

Don't forget to download new form. Above steps once applied in any E-Forms will work on every Forms. You don't have to make changes in each form.
