11-Mar-2014 , 03:26:25 amdate of credit-31/12/2013 due date- 07/01/2014 actual deposit- 09/01/2014 As per our calculation delayed period is 1 month. However ITD is issuing notice of demand showing delayed period 2 months. How to resolve the issue?
