Skills	Full Time Chartered Accountant with legal background are required for day to day accounting litigation work before CIT (Appeals), ITAT and High Court. He would have good knowledge of Income Tax Act, Rules Regulations and Guidelines issued from time to time. Knowledge of Foreign Exchange Management Act would prefer. The Chartered Accountant must be competent to prepare cases and follow-up with senior counsels in High Court and appear before the appellate authority independently.
