We are looking for Experts in Follow-up actions after the income tax searches. The suitable persons could be chartered Accountants And/or Lawyers in the field.. VIZ., Drafting of replies to the notices, presenting cases before the assessment officer of IT. Must be competent to prepare the case and follow up with senior counsels in high courts and appear before the appellate authorities independently

Retired Income tax officers who have handled searches and have full knowledge and experience of setting post-search cases before the assessment officers in it departments officers who have retired recently not below the rank of ACIT would be preferred
