ICAI should give representation to CBDT to Extend the applicability of revised Tax Audit report to A.Y. 2015-16

Tax Audit reports been revised  vide Notification No. 33/2014, F.No.133/1/2014-TPL dated 25th July, 2014 issued by Central Board of Direct Taxes, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

The existing Form No. 3CA, Form No. 3CB and Form No. 3CD have been substituted vide notification no. 33/2014 dated 25.07.2014 with immediate effect. CBDT has withdrawn old utility of form No. 3CD. CBDT is expected to release new utility soon.

Some of the Major Problem for the Members of ICAI :-

These amendments are just 2 months before the last date of filing the Tax Audit Reports.

Old Utility had been withdrawn by CBDT & all form uploaded earlier has to revised.

New Utility not released till now.

No Guidance Note for Tax Audit Released by ICAI.

Tax payers are required to furnish additional information.

Lots of Additional Information in New Tax Audit Reports & for that Need Time.

Therefore we request ICAI to give representation to CBDT for the Extension of the applicability of the revised Form No. 3CA/3CB & 3CD to AY 2015-2016 and onwards.

We also request all our respected Members to send email's to the President, Vice President & Council Members of ICAI for representation to CBDT to consider the aforementioned issues and extend the applicability of the revised Form No. 3CA/3CB & 3CD to AY 2015-2016 and onwards.
